The highest days to sell on market was 36 days in 2015, while the lowest days to sell was 23 days in 2017.

The median sale price for Townhomes, Condos and Villas in Cooper City has continued to increase starting from $170,000

in 2013, to $295,000 in 2017, but decreased to $285,000 year to date.

The days to sell on market has fluctuated, with the highest number of days as 30 days in 2016.

The City of Cooper City is a municipal corporation created by Special Act of the Florida Legislature on June 20, 1959.
