2013 to $391,300 year to date. The highest days to sell for Single Family homes in Plantation was 48 in 2015.
The median sale price for Condos, Townhomes and Villas has slowly increased from $102,500 in 2013, to $161,750 year to date.
The lowest days to sell for Condos, Townhomes and Villas was 24 in 2013.
