the median days to sell has decreased, making it a sellers market. The highest number of days to sell in Hollywood was 41 days in 2015.
The median sale price for Townhomes, Condos and Villas in Hollywood has slightly increased starting from $145,000 in 2013 to $176,500 year to date.
The median days to sell in Hollywood have been high, with all days over 54 to sell.
